This simgle family residence located in Washington Park, Colorado was in need of a face lift. We removed the existing sod, roto-tilled the soil, and added 4 CY per 1000sf of Soil Amendment. The irrigation system was modified to accomidate the new sod shape. A Colorado Red Flagstone Pathway was installed connecting the home to the garage. Mulch and Moss Rock Boulders were added for color and texture. A Dry River Bed was created for additional contrast.
