This single family residence featured an existing play court and the need for a grass free landscape for allergy concerns as well as low water use. The site also called for a creative solution for erosion control of both sides of the home. We installed natural stone steps and retaining walls to hold the soil in place, and added a low maintenance Xeriscape plantings.
